I'm not sure about 0.66. It's true that it's very difficult to get 1 refined for one at the moment, but it is also extremely easy to buy one for 0.66.


Anyway, 0.66 is probably closer to what the real value is, since they actually get bought and sold at that price.

    I don't know about this. I was easily selling my Decal Tools for a refined each just a couple of days ago.

      Well, there's 250 of them for sale on outpost, almost everyone asking for 1 refined. I'm inclined to believe the true price is closer to 0.66. It's probably 0.77.

        The main reason I said 0.66 refined on this item is exactly because what Chancellor Puddinghead said: there are so many of these floating around, and demand is currently very low, especially at a price of 1 refined.

          @sauce- Exactly where did you go to sell your Decal Tools? About three weeks ago, I was trying to sell a single Decal Tool for a refined. I tried Outpost, SPUF, and TF2TP. Took about five days before I settled for 0.66 refined.
