Many people are paying at least a rec and these are at least twice as rare as v.huntsmen. Also, there are only around 20 people on outpost selling them and some are asking for ridiculous prices like 3 ref. I think this justifies the need for a price change.

In fact, a scrap increase in price is quite little. But seeing how the previous suggestions have been downvoted to oblivion I think we should raise the price gradually.
