Current price may be a bit low, but suggested price seems way too high. I've seen it bought between 14 and 15.

Yeah, there's a few on outpost with 15-16 buds buyouts.

I see no reason to raise the price to 16-20 buds; that implies that 16 buds is the quicksell price which is definitely not true.
