I've been using this thing, for several months. NO kills.

So yeah, a kill with the Chargin' Targe is probably one of the rarest kills you'll ever get. Even the Razorback's easier to level up.

I honestly don't think any strange should be less than 2 scrap. They are all somewhat limited (even if there is high quantity) -- can only be found in some old crates, and who would risk opening them now?
