First off, after days of searching I could only get one for 17.5 keys (about 1 month ago).

Anyway the list goes on (About 3 pages on Outpost of these which is NOT a lot) Even with lots of 14 to 15to 16 keys offers, people refuse to sell for less than 17 keys in general. The point is, this thing will keep rising but for now it's worth at least 17 keys in general.
