I will vote no as I believe the whole point of this is to reflect actual market prices and not to manipulate them based on what one thinks an item ought to be worth. These are going fairly steady at 1 to 1.11 refined.
Who do you think creates the market prices? one must manipulate the prices based on the adverse effects that they have on the economy, if you can only unbox a clean weapon then the price is rendered null and void as there is no chance of marginal gain.
The market dictates the price.
A thing is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Right now people are paying around 1 refined and no one is selling for 2 scraps.
there is absolutely no return on investment you can only unbox a clean wep an therefore the price should be changed accordingly, im just trying to save people money
Sure, I think the price right now is absurd, but unfortunately, opinions =/= what an item should be valued at.
I find 0.22 a bit drastic. Perhaps 0.66 would be better. I see more movement at 0.66.

a friend of mine opened this bag to get a Hard Counter hat (Clean/Tradable/Craftable)... the reason this is 1 ref+ is because you get a shot at getting a hat or perhaps something more we don't know about.
