While I agree with this current price change, I am still skeptical about magikarp selling his for 9, and his attempts to almost manipulate the price by posting on every single trade that he had done so. Keeping in mind that he had 2 more to sell, I'm not sure about that.

On topic, this is a fair price, for this decent effect misc.
