Cool hat, nice effect. I'd say 7 buds is about right.

I see that as pretty high. Right now the only thing holding those c/o's is rarity, this is a mid-tier hat and effect. For a normalized price, there's no way this should rate higher than Kabuto/Stash/Honcho's.

I do a agree that rarity is probably one of the reasons why it has c/o's this high, but it its still nicely themed
