This went up because of the styles and paintability mostly. Also top tier hat. I never play scout thus why I sold all 3 HT's I crafted

I see dozens of these with buyouts below 3.66 on Outpost.

Difference from dozen and a few. Also some like to quicksell... I have put up trades tons of times just to get rid of stuff I don't want fast or need metal or whatever real fast... yes as for any other item you will see some quicksellers.. but 96% of the time 3.66 is the price. Let's not forget I sold 3 this past week for this price without any problems whatsoever. Not even neggotiations, straight up adding me as friend and sending trade right away ;)
