Not sure why the price is being lowered. I just did a search on Outpost and 90% of people I saw are selling this for 11 keys. Only quicksells seem to be accepting 10.

Likewise, more than 90% of people on outpost are buying this for 8 keys. Outpost isn't a superb judge of prices as buyers underprice and sellers overprice.
