Not much of an unusual expert, but I've seen a few trades in my time and I think it's reasonable for a high tier hat and high/rare effect + 1 of 1 to go for that high. 1 of 1's like this get more expensive every time they get traded.

I see that it should be valued more than the current price. But not double it's current value. That's way to much of a price increase. The price suggestion should be more like 17-21 buds. $610 divided by $33(average bud price) is 18.48 buds. Which is still a reasonable price for this hat. Even though it is a 1 of 1, it's not just what the seller asks for to set the price, it's also what people are willing to pay for it. Also you say it's currently priced at 11 buds. It clearly states it's priced at 12.4-15.8 buds which is 14.1 buds right now. Which makes your statement somewhat misleading. -1

Charles: Buds are going for 28-30$ currently, I'll go with the 30 valuation and get 20.33 buds. Note that the cash price of things tends to vary wildly, and if someone ended up paying 610$ for it, there's your original price, adjusted for current bud value.

As a result, I'd suggest more like 20+ at least.
