Overpricing a hat you own.

Weather effects are going down, if anything i'd price it lower than 3.7 in the first place.

@plugz The only weather effect that is on the downslope is Blizzardy. Stormy is not going down, nor has it gone down in the last month or so. Stormy is still a higher tier than Vivid and if Vivid is being offered 5, than Stormy can be offered more. If you were to tell me that on my Outpost trade I would castrate you and it really isn't any different here.

IMO Vivid > Stormy Any Day Of The Week
