Yes, this cool misc does not deserve to cost 8 ref. Only 10 and higher :D

I just checked a bunch of Outpost trades, and there's plenty of offers made in the last few days of 2+ keys. Example: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3469822

Most trades are for full genuine QC sets which go for 6-7 keys, which would place the G. Quadwrangler anywhere between 3-5 keys. 10 ref seems fair.
