      player: Bad form in this for one, and for another, unless you have tf2premium to check how many are actually there, you can't determine how many of this effect are actually around. Even then, it's not a guarantee. By the way, 1 of 2 isn't nearly as good as 1 of 1. Just saying.


      I would suggest 3.5+ though at least. Needs to be a better range. This range is terrible.

        Yes, i checked with tf2premium and some other websites and there is only 2. The other 2 hallowen effects of the Cowj. Cowl are set to 8~12 buds on this website.
