Unlike the Balloonicorn which is an all class misc and more expensive in the Valve store this item is only for the Medic and cheaper in the Valve store. I see allot with 2 bud buyouts but if you wait they'll be a flood of them. IMO this is a 2 painted Bill's item. In effect paying for the promo and not the plush doll.
