I has never been a 1 scrap weapon.. Still a non-dropping promo weapon, 2 scraps is fine.

Getting it for 1 scrap is more than a luck than actual market price.

It's a promo weapon. It would be absurd to value it at the same standard sale price as every other weapon, of which are are thousand fold as many in circulation.

This item regularly sells for 0.33

I picked up 10 for 2 scrap when it looked like it was going to be part of the larger crafting recipe. Rec is high and a scarp is to low. Like most say its a commonly found promo item. Price stays put.

I believe .22 is a good price considering you can still get plenty of people to give these away for free that don't play TF2.
