You can get it for 1 scrap easily everywhere, and even at scrapbanking.

Kind of unnecessary. Outside of brand new weapons, people will charge anywhere from 1 wep to a scrap for any weapon.

only noobs buy it for scrap it's an old wep and it's easy to have it in scrapbank
