I'm ok here at a bud even. Flies IMO are ok on a Spy which should be using a low light effect anyway. Its an ugly hat but the mullet and Ketche are even uglier saving this from being the worst spy hat.

Rarity on all round cancer hats usually doesn't make a difference, and a 1.5 offer made from a new trader a month or so back is hardly compelling. Less than a bud I'd say.

The creator of the hat has submitted a Steam Workshop submission to turn the Nano into an all-class. That speculation is what has elevated the price of Nanos.

That rumour has been floating about for an age now, the hype died down months back.
