I think it should be 1,66 . Because i don't saw people selling for less then 1,66.
I saw a set of 4 go for 2 each a bit before, so I'm for this move up.
1.33ref is nice price (think the real price is 0.66). With 6ticket for 1.33ref = 3keys+fews scraps but the price of silver strange is 3keys now....
no one sells for 1.33. show me. I'd like to see it. People don't like to go below 1.77.
Maybe I just got lucky but I found a guy with 1.33 at a buyout pretty quickly. I don't see any reason to start raising the price.
The price of tour of duty tickets will inevitably go down,no matter how much you quibble about it! Given that a key is 2.55 ref and keys are priced at 1.99 euro and tickets are priced at 0.74 euro, I believe that 1.33 is still a very good price for the keys (at least for now). You can still have profit by selling them for 1.33. But this has got to end sometime. MvM isn't going anywhere and people will become reluctant to pay this much indefinitely. I see the price of a ticket settling at under a ref.
My response to the previous commentator (and to others who commented in a parallel vote also active right now on this site):
The question is NOT at what price these should be selling for, nor what price they will eventually sell for.
The question is: what price are these ACTUALLY selling for RIGHT NOW.
For this site to have any legitimacy whatsoever, don't try to force the price to be what you think is fair, only report what it is. Please weigh this and then vote accordingly.
As an exercise, I looked up the prices at which tickets had been sold on outpost. These are the first 8 I found:
1.77 ref: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3847071
2 ref: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3660118
2.33 ref: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3821425
2 ref: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3867172
2 ref: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3777419
2 ref: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3829987
The other two trades I didn't save the links for were two tickets being sold for 0.22 each (!) and another trade where one ticket sold for 1.33.
I have always bought my tickets for 1 Ref, a lot of people sell them for 1, so denied !
I personally have not sold any of the 21 tickets I had for under 1.66, I've seen the occasional person selling for 1.33, and it's up to them if they want to swallow that chunk of change loss. People need to remember that the value for shop items isn't the price of it in the shop, it's the supply/demand, measured against the blackmarket value of keys. For example, keys are $2.50 legitimately from the shop, however I can easily find them going for $1.00 from people via paypal.
A lot of people aren't buying more tickets than they need to, meaning there aren't that many floating around in the trading community.
Is there a reason that I can't see my comments anymore??
There are PLENTY of people selling these for 1.33. I personally have paid less than 1.33 for all of the tickets I've purchased or traded for recently.
tf2outpost isn't the only way to trade items
I sold a lot of them for 2 ref each.
