Any proof if a sale? I see none currently on sale and this paying for effect on Cauldron needs to stop. Unsure what started the rage on this effect but its BMOC all over again. Cloudy moon I get but Caldron and its instant rise to effect fame I'm confused on.

One of the 5 worst hats in the game. I can see a bud but many more hats deserve a 1.5 bud than this one. Effect or not.
