Yeah, high tier hoovy, fitting effect, misc. Might be more.

I play heavy allot and that hat just looks like ass. It was popular because it was new. The fad is fading like the dragon as well. Its a decent hat with fetti effects. Allot better hats than this at 1.5. Show me the sales and I'll green check it.
