Yes you can get a scrap, but it's really no different to the Pomson, Phlog, etc. Just because they can be sold for a scrap, doesn't mean that should be their value, otherwise literally every craftable weapon would need to be adjusted to 0.11.

Now that the hype's over, and most people who want it already have it, it's just a regular run of the mill scrapbank weapon.
