I wasn't inclined to agree at first but once I looked at where the other nappers were this one is a bit low. The circling peace sign does go with it kinda, like a sleepy stoner hat. Bit of a stretch but still better than tf2 logo which is priced at the same. Peace>logo any day, but especially with this hat.

I'm not saying this because I have a different hat with a circling peace effect, but I think this could get as much as bubbling, flies, or steaming----1.1-1.5. Upvoted.

If I had an offer of 1.33 on this, I would take it without thinking twice. 1.5 is a stretch IMO. That being said, I abstain from voting. Minor increase deserved, but I'd want more transactions or proof before saying 1.5 is good to go.

I'd price the hat at 1-1.3 buds, I really don't see this hat getting a 1.5.

And Mr. Turtles, it would be appreciated if you could tell us exactly what you received from selling this (1.33 and 1.66 is a big difference), and when you sold the hat.

I plus voted b/c it will fall in the 1.1-1.5 range much more than 1-1.2. I can see this getting 1.33 so the current price is too low. It is a good effect for this hat, like ghosts is the nightmare napper, this is the dreaming of peace napper. Not themed, but fitting effects.

I strongly believe that a price change should be warranted after he has sold his unusual. There is a reason why there is so much opposition to this price change. Instead of going by the rules of democracy, shouldn't there be a change only when there is a distinct agreement/disagreement? Just because there is one more 'Agree' vote than the 'Disagree' vote doesn't mean the price should be changed.

To add, while I agree that I can see this unusual getting a bud + bills offer, I highly doubt it'd get any higher (just my opinions, but still.) Instead of 1 - 1.2, it would be a safe decision to change that to 1.1 - 1.3.

I'm leaning towards accepting the price because 1 of the 2 now on the market has an offer of 1.5 already. I'm waiting for the seller to come to his senses and take the offer before I actually accept.
