I got one for a ref not long ago, was surprised as I thought nobody would be selling for under 1.33. I will say that they did both go quickly: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4051987 (sold for 1 ref)

I like to see items rounded to the nearest reclaimed, but apart from that this suggestion isn't too far-fetched.
