There are speculative prices on other non-tradeable/giftable items such as the AWPur. This deserves at least the value of a craft hat, let alone the genuine quality.

I don't think it will become tradable/giftable due to Valve's strategy(alright, just by judging similar non-money related items, like Lo-Fi Longwave or Spiral Sallet, they are always untradable or ungiftable, which make them almost worthless because it will mess up TF2 economy if craftable items are so easy to get). Therefore it actually worth of nothing. Unless someone is trading the code, for that, it should be worth of less than 1 ref.

Please please please brad remove the untradeable and ungiftable items from the site. Pretty please?

it's worth 1 untradable, ungiftable hat. meaning it's worth nothing...zero, zip, zilch, nada.

Problem with this one is that when the price was set people were gladly selling extra codes for 2+ ref. So, there is still a value even if untradable.
