Eh, it's still semi-low from the sale. Market has been flooded with them. It still takes patience to sell them for 1.22-1.33, and people flock to me to sell them for 1.00. I still successfully sell for 1.33, so I think the suggestion is fine.

I personally buy these for 1 refined quite readily.

The majority of trades you linked to contain offers and set prices from 1.11-1.33.

I trying to sell one name tag for 1.33 for two weeks on tf2tp, outpost and spuf and got nothing so far

I've bought dozens of these for 1 refined in the last few days with a trade offering refined for name tags. Outpost is too flooded with these for buyers to find the cheaper tags. I have to decline this suggestion.
