I see a couple of highballers on outpost, but it's pretty easy to get for 2 rec.

I don't feel this going for 1 ref as a general price yet.

Lite - The quanitiy of an item doesn't tell you the demand for it. Nobody sells these for 2 scraps. 2 rec is fair for the time being though

I got one for 0.66 a few days ago, it wasn't too hard to find sellers with a set price of 0.66.
