Isnt like this hat supposed to be themed coz its a halloween hat with skulls etc etc?

Maybe a Dia de los Muertos theme. But not sure how much the flamenco is prevelant in Mexico. Flamenco is Spanish origin style, but still present in Mexico. I'd except this at least as fitting, but maybe someone of Spanish or Mexican origin would be better to judge this than myself.
