I found 4 links selling for 2.66ref/3 ref in the first 4 pages of outpost out of the 15 pages. The 5th link, the warehouse, sells the bubble pipe for exactly 3 ref, with 100 in stock. If you want 1right now, you can get it for 3 ref with ease. Theres more selling for 3 ref or less on the oupost but I think 4 links are sufficient to prove my point. You can go and find some more if you want.
