The links shows them as 1 scrap, but still not sold. Although they're sold for 1 scrap, they're just like all the other craftable weapons that are sold for 1 scrap. There is simply too much supply and not enough demand. It's been ages since they were in the drop system, and there were many clean and dirty ones available before it in the drop system.
