heres some sold at 1.66 ref. ( may be repeat from the previous links)

Theres people selling for 1 or 1.33 ref, but they're sold quickly. If people are willing to buy it for 1.66 ref, then it suggests that it is worth a bit more than 1.33 ref.

The people selling at 1-1.33 ref were probablly following the spreadsheet price instead of the demand for it.

Outpost is all over the place on this one: One week I sold multiple at 2+, the next week nobody at 1.33. Hard to call this one. I'd say something like 1.44, maybe. Going up, but slowly.

All those at 1.33 seem to be sold.. Low stock at tf2wh is an indicator as well.

I agree with this price change you can easily sell them for 1.66, low offer and hight demand.

@Buddhist_Gamer70 being able to sell 2 for 1 ref doesn't indicate anything, apart from showing it's worth 1 ref or more
