I think he just want to buy a ton of UC hats for 0.33 each (well, who doesn't?), I mean yeah there are 0.33 UC hats, but not every UC hat is 0.33, yet look at his suggestions....

Well, they do exist -- 4.99$ in store. Probably very rare because not many people actually purchased this hat.

The guy was putting up this price for all unwanted hats. It IS what hats of this quality will tend to go for. I instictively agreed to it myself, hadn't really occured to me that they might just be all around not available. Didn't think much of it until there were suddenly five comments on the trade

Why are all uncraftable prices being set as .33, most are worth .66 if the buyer actually wants it.
