Link 1: Search results for "buying Strange Back Scratcher" on TF2 Outpost. As you can see, most people are buying for a scrap.

Link 2: A person buying unwanted stranges for 1 scrap; he/she's not taking Back Scratchers.

Link 3: On TF2BZ; a trader buying stranges - the Back Scratcher is being bought for 0.11.

Also, it's not a very desireable strange, but I don't know if that counts as a reason.

I don't get it. Those links are to brokers that are buying for 1 scrap to resell for higher. They are not buying it for what they are worth. They are buying low to resell.Everyone that is selling one, is selling it for .22 http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/30026676 , I think the current price is appropriate.
