Link 1: Search results for "buying Strange Escape Plan" on TF2 Outpost. Almost no one has a trade buying it for 0.33 (at least on the first two pages).
Link 2: A trader who wants to 1:1 a S. Equalizer for an S. Escape Plan; since the S. Equalizer is only worth a scrap based on the backpack.tf price, the S. Escape Plan should be somewhere near that price.
Link 3: Same as Link 2.
Link 4: Buying stranges; not taking S. Escape Plans.
Link 5: Buying unwanted stranges for 2 scrap; currently not accepting S. Escape Plans.

Link 6-7: More trades of people trading a S. Equalizer for a S. Escape Plan.
Link 8: Escape Plan bought for 2 scrap.
All of these links warrants a price drop to 0.11.
I sold mine pretty quickly for a rec (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4029283). Maybe I got lucky but I'm still mainly seeing 2 scrap - 1 rec offers on other people's trades.
I sold a few for a rec, within a week
I disagree: although there are a lot of escape plans out there, no more can be unboxed. Coupled with the popularity of the escape plan over the equalizer means this item should be able to sell for at least this price. ( Full disclosure: I am collecting them as I bet they will go up in value )
sell a regular for a scrap.. this ones not regular. 1 rec it must stay.
