agreed. I've sold pretty easily for 1.66 ref or more.

Sold one for 1.66 not two days ago. When I initially opened the trade I actually had someone offer 2 Ref in the first minute of it being open. It did take a little while, and I had to counter offer to get the 1.66, but it will sell at this price.

I sold one at 1.66 as well.
