I tried buying this hat at .66 for close to 8 weeks. No one sold. I would even go as far as saying this is worth more than .66....

I've found one on outpost and the buyout was 1 ref, not sure if he sold it for that much. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4002679

This is fairly new hat, dirty or not this is wayy too low
