In the trade he offers 1.66 so I think thats enough proof

1.66 is a fair price for this item, but you can see people selling/buying them anywhere from 1.44-1.66. I'd say the change is too small to warrant a change in the spreadsheet price, and the spreadsheet prices should only change if there's a widespread trend of this item going up.
