BTW, previously priced this 1.8 on the site due to a misconception, I now fixed that error. Some other pertinent info is that it is 1 of 4 (somehow, one is already duped, I think), and none are up on outpost right now (however, other effects for this hat aren't up on tf2op either, so don't think that means anything too solid).
