Couldn't find any for less than 10, 9.33's still too low.

Last Breaths are bottlenecking hard because the spreadsheet has people so convinced it's a 4-4.5 key item even though it doesn't sell reasonable well at that price at all. It's honestly not hard to buy at 9 refined or even a bit lower, you just have to put up your own trade instead of making offers on trades made by people terrified of stepping outside what the spreadsheet dictates. There's very little, if anything, above 3 keys on the wishlist side for the Last Breath, and anything that steps above it gets noticed VERY fast.

Just bought one for 3 keys + 1 reclaimed myself, at least one trade that's asking for about 9 refined which has still gone untaken since I found it pricechecking last night.
