It will be a scrap sooner or later.

3 Refined is a good price for now, but the price should be changed to a scrap in at least 3-4 weeks.

The AWPer hand is a reskin like the Maul, craft only, so it'll drop to about two ref

It really does depend on whether or not its a drop or not. A fair price would be 1 key atm.

Should hover around 2 refined to 1 key I think, as it is a reskin, just like the Maul, Sharp Dresser, etc...I sold a fairly low numbered one, but over 100, for only 1 key, so around there should be the price.

Reskin or not, it is rare to craft an item like this. Other examples would be the Sharp Dresser, Maul, the Apoco Fists, Unarmed Combat, & the Three-Rune Blade. Most of these weapons cost around 2-2.33 Refined, which is a reasonable price in most cases. If you're going to sell an item like this for 1 scrap, you might as well just give the item away for free.

If it's droppable, then 1 scrap is sooner or later, though 2 droppable jumpers are still above 1 scrap. If not, 2-3ref is more suitable.

But that's the thing about these items, they can only be found by crafting them. You can't get them from item drop!
