          I've seen people with offers in the 6-7 range, but as for people actually selling the hat as opposed to taking offers as the price rises, I could not find any under 8 keys on outpost. I ended up buying one for 8 keys and another for 9+a bit yesterday, so 8 keys seems a fair price for now.
