A quick glance on tf2outpost shows tons of them listed for 3-4 keys but those that have actually sold seem to be at the 2 key mark. I'd call it "inconclusive" at best.

Please show evidence to support your claim, and even if you find a trade selling for 3 keys, if there are no buyers, that means that the price they are selling for is too high. OR if the highest offer they get is 2 keys, then the current price set is still fine.

I sold mine for 2 keys + 1 ref pretty easily, don't think you can get 3.
