I agree with your suggested price. It's very hard to sell a Dirty Team Captain for more than 3 ref. I sold mine for this price

dude don't worry man, go to some trade severs, you can sell for more than 3.66... your are just not very unlucky... keep going at it and you will sell it for more :) take items that's worth around 4 ref too....... i sold like 5 after the summer sale around 3.66-4 so don't worry :) GL HF
