It's a fluke. I did a search on OP and checked a few of the histories and found one guy that this dude might be referring to:

He clearly has no idea what this hat is worth. Price should remain where it is or at least higher than the suggestion.

As much as I wish I could afford this hat, definitely not. High tier hat, with one of the best themes out there (IMO). Price shouldn't flux more than ± 1 bud of it's current status.
