None of the ones of outpost are selling. Almost all none of those trades have sold the hat.

What people are asking for isn't what these are regularly selling for. The sheer number of counterfeit billycocks sitting around asking for 1.66 ref is evident that they're not selling well at that price. Look on the wishlist side- only people wanting it are those wanting dirties and 1.11-1.22 ref craftables. A few anecdotes doesn't change what's happening- 1.66 refined is a price you sit and wait on, not what it fluidly trades at.
