Why 0.23 and not 0.22?

.23 isn't a thing that I know of... .11 is 1 scrap so that would mean .22 is 2 scraps. Also this item just achieved .33 3 weeks ago what makes you think its going to go back down. Its only ever going to go up, for the most part.

The 0.23 was decided by the warehouse. It's not an exact .22. It's still sold for 2 scrap by most traders.
