As far as price goes, i think 1.33 is decent to low, i've sold them for up to 2.33 ref even. (granted, the guy was desperate, and i didn't want to sell). Additionally, i see 1.66 on trade servers constantly. I heartily dissagree with lowering.

As for superiority of the rocket launcher, i find black-box to be better. it's longer lasting as long as you aren't going head-on into heavies, even then you'd probably lose with the rocket. The three-rocket clip isn't that hard to work with either, it just takes getting used to.
