Puddinghead, the problem with warehouse is that you cant convert keys or refined to credits as they are mostly overstocked. Also new traders to warehouse cant buy it due to the tiering system. Hence its easier for them to just buy it for a buds without all the hassles to save 3-4 refined. For low value items warehouse may be a good judge but not in this case.
