Do you have any proof of that, ive been looking on outpost and the lowest b/o ive seen was 5, while ive seen multiple c/os of 4+

I think the 3.4-4.4 range is more correct since no one is offering 5 at all and most offers are under 4. 3.4 is a quick sell but 5.3 will take forever. And i think IMO this is the most overpriced hat out there.

Wow sure am glad I sold this when I did, ended up getting 7, although it was like 2months ago.
