a) It's a tentative offer, come back when it actually sells for that price.

b) Was it so hard to post that trade along with your price suggestion? That's what the link boxes are for.

It's hard to price since it's the only one out there and it doesn't have many offers. The 20 bud offer was 2 months ago at least, and since then no significant ones other than a vintage lid.
